Listen to and enjoy your new cables for up to 30 days after you receive them. If you aren't fully satisfied, return them in the condition in which they were received (slightly used is ok, but abused is not) and we will refund your money exluding shipping charges.
This offer applies to standard length cables only.
Returns
You may return your Lindsay Audiophile cables anytime during the 30 day audition period. Call 925-449-9449, Monday-Friday between 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. PST, or email us at info@lastfactory.com to request a return authorization number. Carefully repack the cables in the original packaging and shipping carton - making sure to write the return authorization on the OUTSIDE of the package. Then ship the cables back to The Last Factory.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the form the payment was received.
